The judges use these four criteria to decide on scores from 1 to 5, weighted by the percentages indicated. 

30% - Creativity/Storytelling/Script/Artistic Eye 

20% - Production (Directing, Cinematography, Lighting, Sound, Music, etc.)

20% - Post-production (Editing, Sound Effects, etc.)
